This is a good waist trainer. It makes you slimmer visually.
If you want to conceal some extra weight, this is the right waist cincher. I cannot use it for a long period of time, but it doesn't mean you could... It reduces your waist optically, so people will perceive you are slimmer. Of course,you need to eat healthy food and exercise to lose weight.

Very nice lightweight corset.
Very nice lightweight corset. Fit perfectly. Only things is after wearing it for awhile it begins to kink or bend creating creases and pinch areas.

It doesn’t shape your waist
It fit as expected and it would be great for workout but as far as it shaping my waist, it didn’t do anything except suck my belly in a little bit. It didn’t give an hourglass shape like other waist trainers I’ve had and I think it’s because there were no steel bones on the sides of it. I just ordered a new waist trainer yesterday with steel bones to give me the shape I want. The one I have now will just be used when working out or something

Worth it
I bought a medium one and it fits me well.I wanted to improve my posture and flatten my stomach under clothes.Seems sturdy and tight enough,but didn't hurt me by squeezing my stomach. Breathable and worth to try!
