Cloud Based Fingerprint Time Clock with Multiple Features

Out of the box , it has a code, cannot do anything , what is the code ?

The time clock is very reliable and easy to use, we lost internet for a day and the staff could still punch in and out and the time clock retained the information. I highly recommend it and would buy it again. Good value for the money. I gave it 4 stars for 2 reasons, customer service, depending upon who you speak with is not always nice, some are very nice and others not so much. The other reason is the finger print reader does not work well if the person has very dry hands. Not a big problem just some people have difficulties using the reader.Again, i recommend it and would definitely buy it again.

Be aware that this lock does not show employees whether they are clocked in or clocked out, which creates an administrative nightmare for the payroll dept. We called to inquire about this and was told that there is simply no functionality within the clock itself to show employees this. When we asked to return the clocks (as they won't work for our purposes) we were actually told to "send them back and we will see if we can refund you or not". What kind of company asks you to send back hundreds of dollars of equipment and says - maybe we will refund you? When I clarified this with Priscilla (office manager) she said "that is exactly what I'm telling you to do - send them back and we will determine if we will refund you." Priscilla was horribly rude, condescending, and finishes every sentence in a question form, even when it is a statement, which is perhaps just a personal pet peeve as I'm not a millennial from California.This product may be ok for companies where every employee has a computer, but for farms, factories, plants, etc. - if your employees can not access their accounts online (for an extra fee of course), look elsewhere as the clock itself does nothing, but record times.

Easy to set up and use. Customer support has been excellent-you call, they answer, problem fixed. Quite simply, it just works. I don't even have to think about it, it's just there and it just keeps on working.

I purchased this for my business, to install at one of our office locations. I was drawn to it for its biometric security functions and ability to access remotely. We have our employees set up on fingerprint punching, but you have options to use facial recognition, both facial and fingerprint, or a passcode (and a few other combos). Using biometric verification is great because it prevents anyone from clocking in and out for one another, so it provides peace of mind for myself and other management that is off site.Installing this was breeze. Just a few screws to set up the mount and secure the clock to the mount, and plug it in to a nearby outlet. Then we were up and running within minutes to set up our account and add employees. I have contacted support via email a few times, and they have always been very helpful and quick to respond.Accessing the system remotely from a browser (i.e., Google Chrome) is really easy, and we use this to track hours for hourly employees and also monitor salaried employees' hours. There are all kinds of additional features available that we aren't using, but there seems to be a great deal of functionality available.

Upgraded to this model recently due to COVID-19, as we are preparing to re-open. Honestly, it’s one less thing to have to worry about especially as sanitary supplies are either out of stock or extremely expensive currently. The model was plug and play and the technical support team at Creative Time Solutions were responsive and friendly with any follow up questions I had. The facial recognition capture on this unit is high performing and accurate. Glad I purchased, no regrets. I've been a customer of the system for some time and really appreciate the continued enhancements of the system features that I would have to pay way more with bigger named companies.

Really nice cloud based time clock system.Before this we used analog clocks that printed on time cards. The printing was always misaligned making it next to impossible to read them. Ribbons would get light. The system we had allowed for 100 unique time cards, if two people had cards with the same number on them, good luck figuring out their hours.This system is so easy to use and setup. Because all the data is in the cloud I don't have to travel to multiple locations to see the data. I can create reports to do the payroll with without printing, saving paper and ink. I can work from home, etc.Options to allow employees to punch in with finger, face, or unique ID.Time spent processing payroll has decreased by hours every pay period, more than paying for the monthly fee.
