It's OK. I works and holds a charge, but the quality of the packaging could use some help. The package of one battery pack was opened when I received them. Either during shipping or during the picking of the product from the stock bin. Anyway, the lightning adapter came up missing. So I got 2 total (which I did order 2) and only one had the lightning adapter.The other adapters where fine. They were included and seem to be decent quality. I don't need either of them but they do seem to fit the end of the micro usb plug, well.I don't quite understand the point of the "dummy" lightning adapters which were in the recess for the lightning adapter. They just waste space and money in my opinion, but regardless, I think that's where some of the confusion might be coming from. It's as if someone in the packaging line at the manufacturing company sees the dummy adapter and thinks it's the real one so he/she doesn't include the correct adapter. I don't know. After reading the few complaints from other buyers about the adapter not being included, that's the only conclusion I can come up with.With all of that being said;Don't hesitate to buy this power pack if you just need something to get you by with a small energy boost. There isn't enough capacity to fully charge any phone I own but that's not really the point, either. This is just to get you a little more usable time until you can fully recharge your device. I mean, for the price, just the adapters are worth the purchase. A regular micro usb-to-lightning adapter costs more than this whole kit (assuming you actually receive the adapters).

From the price point you would think it would be a piece of junk, but this works great!! The material feels a little cheap but it sure does perform! It's super slim so you can easily fit into your wallet and I love that the cord is apart of the mechanism and short in length so not excessive cords to carry around! I'm very happy w this purchase!

Love these they work great on my I phone 6 how ever here is an update two months later all four that I bought now will not work I was so disappointed I really lived the design any the want the worked at fires

This portable charger, while slim and light, is not very powerful and barely charges my phone. I like the integration of the lighting adapter into the battery design, but it only charges around 30% of my iPhone 6 battery.

Battery charges both iPhone 5s and various Android devices. Charging rate is fairly slow. The units are labeled 2,500 mAh, but the capacity seems closer to the 2,000 mAh stated in the product Amazon description.

Advertised as 2500 but is actually 2000 once you open power bank up. Also it broke for me, which is why I opened it.Edit:Thankfully this product has been renamed and now does not contain false advertising.
