Quickly deteriorating...
I thought this robe was too good to be true at $10+ cheaper than similar robes, and I was unfortunately correct. The first three days, I really loved the robe and felt like I got a fantastic deal - but the robe quickly started showing wear by day four.It started with the seam in the left sleeve cuff coming undone, followed by seams coming undone on both sides of the chest, as well as the seam on one of the tie ends. The inner satin tie also frayed at the end it was stitched into the robe and is about to sever itself. Sure, it’s currently functional, but it’s quickly falling apart and only a matter of time before the satin details start pulling away from the fabric too. At $26, I thought this would have lasted longer than a week, a week that consisted of me just gently laying around recovering from surgery.Pros are that it’s significantly cheaper than other similar robes, has a great length to it, is very soft, and the XL worked well on my 5’10” frame in both the body and arms. I also really like the charcoal grey color.Cons are that the sewing and seam work were both executed poorly and the product does not seem like it will last past a few months of consistent wear.

They fall apart! Fabric is lovely, but they are slapped together too quickly.
The fabric is like this thick, plush velvet, although its probably a synthetic blend, as it washes and dries well on delicate setting in the washer/dryer. The fabric is the best thing about them. Its easy care, and it is thick and very cozy.On second thought, however, I bought several of these robes, and I wear them often, but oh my gosh. I am not sure they are worth it. The ribbon frays something awful. It really does not stay. On one of the robes I got so frustrated that I literally ripped all of the ribbon off it.Regardless though, no matter what, the ribbon frays terribly and completely comes apart, and for some odd reason the sleeves are twice as long as necessary. I did take one, and I cut the sleeves to 3/4 length, which means I cut what felt like tons of the arms off because they were super long to begin with. But, not just the ribbon frays terribly, but the sewing on the sash came apart at the ends, and the robe just comes apart.Unless you want to take the time, or you have a good seamstress to do it for you, and you are willing to go through the entire garment and finish the ends of the sewing properly, as a good tailor would do on quality work, you should expect this robe to come completely apart with wearing and washing. On second thought, I would have paid more for decent quality workmanship, and avoided the aggravation of dealing with these items. Just buy good quality to begin with, and you will not have to be annoyed, and having to practically re-sew your entire robe, just to wear something that doesn't look like its falling apart and embarrassingly shabby.I would not waste my money. Just buy something else that is of better quality, maybe a trusted brand, or such. That's my advice. It is a shame because the soft plush fabric is very pretty and cozy, and comfortable, but after a year of using several of these, they've fallen apart way more than they should have done. I've had jeans, and shirts, and many other items of clothing that didn't fall apart after decades of wear. I am not rough on my clothes, these are just shabby, and that's all there is to it, they are slapped together, probably too fast..These do fall apart, so I do not recommend them. Find yourself some better quality. I even got like five of these, to trade off, and have them last longer, but they don't last long at all! Some started fraying rather extremely after only one washing, and even the hem and the ends of the sashes fray, it just all falls apart. The main problem is that they seem to have just been slapped together as fast as possible, and they are not finished properly, whatsoever. Either the seamstresses didn't know better, or more likely they were under a tremendous time crunch, like some sad sweat shop, and expected to throw these together without finishing up the garments.Too much aggravation! I definitely do not recommend, which is sad because the fabric is quite nice, all things considered, and easy care. The fabric holds up great, it is the sewing of the garments that leaves so much to be desired. The robes are sadly slapped together and not sewn to last past the first washing, definitely not sewn to hold up to many wearings and washings. I honestly do not believe I have ever worn any item of clothing in my life that fell apart so quickly and so completely. I do not know what the manufacturer was thinking! Regretfully, as the fabric is very soft and cozy, I recommend spending more to get something of quality workmanship and durability.

So comfortable. I bought the S/M and for reference I am 5'4, 34D-29-42 and the robe hits me right at my ankles.

Lovely, but QA issues with sewing
I’ll start by saying I love this robe! I truly do. Luckily I’d read other reviews and although normally I would immediately wash every item of clothing I purchase I decided to check the sewing and seams first. That said the quality assurance person should be fired. As you can see in the photos 2 seams are already coming undone as they were not seen properly. There is also what I call “bobbin vomit” in several places where gobs of thread are in and around the seams and in other places there are just loose threads. Some of the seams do not match up either. If it wasn’t for the seams that are already coming undone it is something I would normally overlook as it was close enough. The other issue is the size. I’m 5’ 10” tall and I ordered the large/extra large as I’d read some complaints about size and especially short sleeve length. Let me tell you these sleeves will hold monkey arms! I rolled them up twice! They never happens to me with a large or extra large robe which I always buy big just to get the longer sleeve length. The length of time is excellent too as it is down between my calves and my ankles. I love the color. I love the robe, but due to the sewing errors as is bound to happen in mass manufacturing I am sending it back. I wish they had the sizes separated by small, medium, large, and extra large not lumping them s/m and l/xl. I haven’t decided if I’m going to try the robe in a size smaller or just try a different robe. If this robe was free of sewing mistakes I would have just kept it for a taller friend of mine. It is the perfect weight. It’s not too heavy and it’s not too light. It is soft. It is fluffy. The pockets are nice and the sayin trummis a nice touch I love the hood. It was the deciding factor in my choosing this robe in the first place. I’ll be sad to see it go as it really is an excellent robe if it didn’t have the bad seams in 2 places and the Bobbin vomit thread issues. It’s the kind of robe you will want to snuggle and cuddle into and with someone. Two people will easily fit in this one! I’m just afraid that if I buy the s/m that the arms will not be long enough and the robe length will be shorter too. I also hate that most s/m robe belts hit me under my breasts instead of at my natural waist and the pockets are located under each breast instead of along my hips. This robe belt fits perfectly at my waist and the pockets sit perfectly at my hips with no awkward belting or pocket maneuvering involved. I’m really going to miss this robe! I suspect I will end up with another one shortly, but hopefully one without flaws.

Comfy but the satin decorative lining is cheap/flimsy
I've had this robe for about a month now (I use it about once or twice a week briefly) and washed it once so far. Upon the 2nd time wearing it, one of the inner ribbon/ strings came of with very very little force. You can see that it's also coming undo on the sleeves (see pictures). Aside from this, it's very very comfortable! I'm 5'4 and the sleeves are a tiny bit long, reaching the base of my thumb (but I like it like that) and the bottom reaches half way between my ankles and knees!

Love it!
I just got this robe and I absolutely love it. I purchased a small and for reference I’m a 5’9 female about 145lbs. It fit me so well! Sleeve length was perfect and length is nice and long. It’s so sleek and the best part of it is how warm it is!

Buen producto
Me encantó. Es muy calientita. Yo tengo que sacar a mis perros todas las mañanas al jardín a que hagan del baño y esta bata me cubre bastante bien del frío.

Fits good and looks great (on my fiancé)!
I purchased this for my fiancé. The only issue with this housecoat is the fact it has no hood, like she wanted. Other than that, it fits her right and she is no longer complaining about being cold!

Suave y calientita
