Ok gave 4 stars but could easy give 3 , the reason behind this is because it does what my doctor say it should help with inflammation in my back after liposuction and it also give me a little extra booty , but if you sit or walk around it shifts all the way down having looking like a diaper. I wore it in my compression garment that fit very well so I was really surprise it moved .Once I reached my destination after driving for 45 min I was shocked I had to run to rest room to adjust asap - but it make my booth looks great in clothes -Other than that if you can fix it so IG does not move it's a good purchase .

I love the way my back has that sexy dip after wearing this post op (lipo and bbl). My only gripe is that it slides too much. When I wake up, it's usually much too high, almost at my neck or shoulder blades. Even when adding extra compression on top of it, the thing just doesn't stay put. I'm not a person who moves a lot while sleeping per my hubby, so maybe it's just the design of this thing. Even with that gripe, I still wear it with my faja because I love the way it gives me that sexy curve in my back. Definitely worth the purchase.

I only wish I had ordered this sooner!! Dollz, get this before your BBL, before your lipo and TT...throw it in with your faja about a week or two after sx--you then wont have to get faja taken in as it loosens up a bit- this in the back and an ab board in the front will do you justice for a long while!

Love, love LOVE this back board. I had Lipo / BBL in Dominican Republic on 10/10/19 with Dr. Cabral who is known for really aggressive Lipo work. For the last 2 months I have worn this back board every single day since Day 3 post op along with a ton of Poise pads, Lipo foams and the M&D ab board too (the one that looks like a butterfly with flexible flaps) . All this has taken my waist from 34 inches to now 23.5 inches. I won't say that compression is comfortable but we all know it's what we are signing up for when we elected to have plastic surgery. I'd give it 1000 stars if I could.PS: I keep my compression and faja on for 23 hours a day and only take it off to shower and wash my faja.

I love it. After Lipo my back was not shaped well. Wearing a faja is great but if you want that lil dip in your back and have it form shape Get this!! lol 💕

I like that it helped reduce the swelling. I didn’t like that it doesn’t come with instructions on which side to wear it on. I couldn’t figure out if you wear it on the side with the lumbar indentation sticking out or sunked into your back?I couldn’t handle the pressure of having the lumbar side up against my spine so I flipped it to the other side and was unsure if it was helping swelling go down since there was no pressure

This thing is my best friend! If u want the shelf post lipo/bbl...get this bad boy and wear up to 1yr post op daily

Okay I like the concept, but dont ever sleep with this thing on EVER! Woke up with the worse lower back pain! Also, this thing has a very bad scent...I mean gross, right out of the package. So I gave it a wash, kinda helped, then cut the peak part off, and used it for my abdominal area instead. Gives good shaping there, so I guess it can have at least 3 stars for that.

I wasn’t going to buy this product based on peoples reviews which claimed it moves but I honestly think that it’s been worn the wrong way round. I’ve worn mine for 24 hours both the back and front ab board and they both haven’t moved. I’m three days post op and it’s really made a difference. The fluid causes headaches and pain so with the combination of my massage plus the foam board has made me feel so much more better over night.

The quality comfort and delivery were the reason for the 2 stars otherwise it does not stay put in my compression garment so I had no use for it. Wish I returned it before.

This is a waste of time, please only get it if you were told by your doctor/surgeon said it would be a benefit.

I’ve used this post surgery and I love it, I’m still using post op, so unsure as to weather it does the job or not but we’ll see
