Very sturdy product and works well. The grip is awful though, rips your hands to shreds. I don't know why it needs that - a rubber grip would be much better. I end up sticking a sponge in the palm of my hands.

It's a bit squeaky but otherwise is well made. I got the 150 lbs one and can only just close it. In hindsight I should have got the easier one.

Very strong and great for forearm training. Different weights give you a clear progression too.

I got the 200LB but I cannot close it fully and I am strong guy, 220LB weight, 1.85m height. It is best purchase regarding price.

The 250 gripper is way to easy for me, i can close the 300 and 350 and on the captains of crush ive only tried the 280 and can close that also.
