Fixed my HORRIBLY LOUD AND ANNOYING Garage door. I seriously thought my door might be about ready to fall of the tracks with the racket it was making when it opened and closed. I did a web search and it suggested putting some lubricant on the tracks, which caused me to make this purchase. This stuff is a miracle! My door sounds great and I am relieved only spend the small amount of this versus needing to call a contractor to fix. Give it a try...I will be reapplying frequently because this stuff is gold. Spraying some of this directly on each roller keeps the garage door moving smoothly. This stuff is great. I have an old wooden garage door that I think may be original to this house and that would make it 50 years old. It was very noisey and jerky going up and down to the point I thought it would get in a bind and self destruct. I sprayed the tracks, the rollers, the hinges, and into the housing for the roller shafts. I used about half of the can but it is at least a 200% improvement. I will certainly buy this again.

This product was recommended when I purchased my house. Many people use WD40 and I’ve heard some owners complaining of broken springs etc. This product lasts me all year and it works!
