Smart WiFi Light Dimmer Switch, In-Wall Light Switch Compatible with Alexa, Google Home Assistant [Voice/Remote/Touch Control] [Timer Function]

I liked how it was easy to replace my regular switch with this smart switch. It was slightly larger than the regular switch but that makes sense since this one is a dimmer and connects to WiFi. Setup took less than 10 minutes and I can now dim and turn on/off my lights via voice control or schedules. My only complaint is the brand name on the face plate as I would have rathered it be plain white like every other switch in my house. I ended up going to a local store to buy a standard white face plate instead and it fit perfectly. The switch has three wires for installation, line, load and neutral so as long as you have a basic knowledge of electricity it shouldn't be hard.

Didn’t work at all. Wouldn’t connect to WiFi or turn lights on or off. Was connected correctly. I may have just gotten a bad unit.

I installed the switch and could not get it to turn on my lights. Had an electrician check my install and he said it was perfect. Still could not get the switch to work. I love the design , features and looks of the switch.Had to return it since we could never get it to work.

I hooked everything up properly (a little weird there is no grounding wire) and connected to the app no problem but the switch will not turn the lights on and off. Upon looking into questions and answers for this product it looks like others have had the same issues. Will be returning.

I purchased this switch by accident as I needed a 3-way timer. This switch however will work great on a light that is over my island but switch is across the room. Alexa can turn it on when my hands are in the dough or whatever and I need more light.

Just like everyone else... I hooked them up as per instructions. None of the three I ordered worked. I tested the wires and all three never put any current on the load.Like most others it took me months to get around to installing... so I guess I won't be getting my money back. Seems like false advertising to me.

Doesn’t work!!! We bought a dozen of these and they don’t work! We were able to pair the switch to the app and are able to control it from our phone, but does not turn on lights at all!! One of them even blew up while trying to install. So disappointed!

Bought 2 about 7 months ago but hadn't gotten around to installing them. Finally did and neither unit worked. Electrician friend verified they were hooked up as instructed. I do not recommend these dimmers.
