this is a basic phone, very easy to use.the battery life is amazing which why i got a normal phone.The sd card is a bonus along with the second sim card slot and the wireless FM.I think it's perfect for the elderly because of its big buttons and its sound quality.for the torch, you only need to push the flashlight button on the side to switch it on.There are two LED lights on the phone to indicate incoming calls/missed calls and smsIt's 10cm*5cm when closed, and 19cm when open.

Very basic phone. Advertised as unlocked but would not recognize a BT sim card. Seemed to have no menu features to offer alternative ringtones, message alerts etc. Sent it back for a refund and purchased a Doro as a replacement - this is a far superior and versatile phone but about the same price.

Ordered for my 93 year old father in law, easy to set up and use, charge appears to fade.

I was very pleased with this product,the sim card changed easily,the opening for the battery was very tiny,a fine screw driver was needed to open the back.this is much better than the phone I had which had to be replaced as the puppy chewed the wire on the charger.It is very good value for money,and very simple to use.the insturction book is a bit basic.

I bought this mobile for my Nan, it’s brilliant, easy to use quality is excellent, now she never misses a call - would recommend

On the mobile phone I bought I Can’t hear people talking and they can’t hear you talking it wasn’t very good I am not happy with the quality

As a complete dinosaur, I would have liked more instructions with this phone, things what must seem blatantly obvious to your average 6 year old had me baffled, I didn't even get off the starting block, I couldn't put the sim card in, their is 3 places it could go, well,to me anyway, 2 days on my daughter in law called to see me and in 5seconds had the sim card in and the phone up and running, since then its just been the case of pressing buttons and seeing what happens, the text is nice and big and the volume can go up to very loud, a green light flashes on the outside when you have received a text or call. Unfortunately it has a very annoying jingle every time you open and shut the case, I'm sure you must can turn this off, I just haven't worked it out yet.

Excellent phone for older people.
