Good quality replacement for MFC7840W
The item came in packaged very well, and the OE drum we had in there was in its last leg.This is a very old printer, at least 11 years old if not older.The printer counter shows 30,500 pages with OE drum. The OE drum was worn and left smudges and black shades even after repeated cleaning, and I decided to buy a replacement. I cleaned the other rollers inside when the drum was out, removed paper pieces that were lodged and cleaned everywhere I could and put in the replacement.My first print was the test print and it was like night and day.Clean, crisp print with this drum and a knock off ink that I also found on Amazon. I hope this will serve me for many more years. I went from printing 10 pages a week for a few years to almost 500~600 pages a week now. and it has been trouble free so far.

Good quality, great price.
I dont print all that often but I needed to replace my drum after several years of use. I've been burned by other generic parts before, but this one works perfectly. I have been using lightly for the last few weeks and have not had any problems. The printouts are of good quality. Would buy again.

Printer jammed using this.
Customer service responsive but didnt fit right. Printer clicked when trying to print then would jam.

Certainly a much more economical product than the $80 replacement that Brother was charging.

Perfect fit
Great service and product works like a charm. Put toner cartridge in drum unit and inserted in printer with no problems.
