I purchased this filter knowing that I wanted to run a 6 micron fuelab filter element ($35) that is compatible with e85. Most of these generics all use the same elements. The machine work on the filter housing itself is very good. The fittings thread cleanly. nicely anodized. fuel lab housing with this element in it sells for $165. I spent $63 on this setup and will get the exact same filtration.

Excellent fuel filter. Disregard the nonsense reviews about orings seats not deep enough and only use for low pressure. The machine work and quality is fantastic,I have comparable filters I've paid $100+ that are not much if at all better. You will be very surprised.
