I HAVEN'T SET IT UP JUST YET.....BUT IT APPEARS TO BE NEAT & NOT TOO BULKY.

This is a nice product but unfortunately not made to last very long. It is easy to clean but hard to screw back together which can lead to the water falling out and in my case ruining the USB charging area making it unusable; only after 3 days of enjoying it.

This is supposed to help during this 100 degree heat wave. It’s so cheaply made. Can’t even find how to work it due to the instructions are only in Spanish. Russian and another language. Not in English. So it’s totally confusing. Wish it could help me on this horrid heat. I never write bad reviews but this is not right. One star toy

For a small size unit, this works well. It doesn't take up much space on my desk and makes almost no noise. It keeps me comfortably cool. Only problem, is it requires replacement sponges every 3 months. It comes with one replacement, but no info on how to order more. The instruction sheet says to consult the merchant I purchased the unit from. If I can't find more replacement sponges, the unit will become useless once the two I have wear out.I am changing my review from 4 star to 1 star due to the total lack of customer support. I messaged the company asking for info on how to purchase replacement sponges. I was told to call Customer Support. I found it impossible to get through. An Amazon representative also tried to get through on my behalf. It is not possible. I messaged the vendor and was told I would receive an answer within 3 days. I am still waiting. The sponges are said to be good for 2 months each. The unit comes with 2 sponges. When they are gone the unit will become useless.I am once again changing my review, this time from 1 star to 4 star. I was unable to contact Customer Support by phone, so I e mailed. The response I got was noncommital, saying something like "thank you for contacting us." To my surprise, I later received in the mail a package of extra sponges, at no added charge. Customer Support could be improved, but other than that I'm happy with the unit so far. For a small desktop cooler, it's great.

Works well

At the time that I bought the item, it was around 50 dollars, I first received, and quite enjoyed the little thing, since it was quite hot in Southern California it did a decent job at cooling my space, but as the days went on the product began to leak, I assumed it was a problem with the way it absorbed the water and filtered it out since at first the water it sprayed out was very very fine, super small drops of water which was pretty cool, but then it started spitting out water in larger drop sizes which was unpleasant and wet my objects around it. So overall it's a good little portable cooler, but not worth 50 Dollars.

The fan could be larger but, other than that, with a charging stick it will last all night at camp!

Only 2 problems I have found are minor. Directions/ information ALL Spanish! No English or other language! The little light you can plug in for reading or seeing it’s buttons can not be turned off. You must unplug it completely. The level of cool air it provides is quite surprising given its small size. Great for bedside table .
