Big win!
I got this as a gift for my 4yo autistic nephew and he absolutely loved it! First thing he did was unzip it and take the bean bag out, but he couldn’t stop playing with both pieces. The weighted bean bag was a great sensory tool and the activity shell was like a bonus. I’d probably go back and just get a plain weight lap pillow but overall super happy with the purchase.

A must have!
This weighted lap pad exceeded my expectations. It is durable and well made. It is very soothing for my kids to play with. They like taking it with them to doctors offices etc to play with while they wait. The weight of it is soothing and they love to fidget with it. Their favorite part is finding the toys in the beads.

Good to keeping the little ones occupied
My son is 3 and his daycare bought these for each of the kids to hold in their laps during circle time/quiet time, etc. His teachers told me how much he loves it and how it helps him to be calm, so I bought one. We use it in the car, at restaurants, anytime I need him to be occupied. He is not autistic but does have some mild sensory issues, and this is really great to keep his focus. He loves it!

Good idea poor quality
Was a good idea poor design the plastic panel broke and all of the beads went everywhere
