Un-inflatable Swim Ring
Got this for a display table and the price was right. So was the bright, colorful look of the innertube. The only thing was, I couldn't inflate it. I tried and tried till I turned purple and then a friend unblocked the opening, which allowed her to blow air into it. Had it not been for that, I would have given it a reasonable rating. As far as durability, it wasn't used for that purpose.
