Brought my fasting glucose numbers down from 140 to 97 on average. If you cut out sugar about 90 percent then you get great results from this. If i have sugar then it still keeps it down about 40 points. Using this instead of Metformin and Glipizide. Taking 3 capsules a day, 1 with each meal. Also taking Resveretrol and alpha lipoic acid. Plus a good multi, coq10 and fish oil.I ran out of a herbal formula called master gland by dr Christopher but when I was taking it in conjunction with this it seemed to work even better. But just on its own it is a complete formula and works great for me provided i keep my hand out of the cookie jar and add no sugar to my beverages.Update 9/25/2015** I lost my bottle while I was moving in august but surprisingly the blood sugars stayed much lower than before. I drank sugary sodas every day for a month and blood sugars did stay down lower than before. Started taking it again this week and its working great!**

This product used to work great but as I got older (10 years later) it does nothing for me even when combined with proper healthy diet and exercise?
