I haven't worked out in it yet but tried it on for 20 minutes just around the house and was sweating like crazy. Here's to hoping it helps with weight loss.

Sweat booster
I used it for a little bit more than a week now.I am 6’4” and 235lbs.XL fits good, but I am adding gym belt on top of it for tide fit and back support.This combination is really boosting my sweat production.The vest is very well made.Zipper is easy to operate and stitching is solid.

Order smaller than you think you need, good for sweat.
It fits tight. Buy a size smaller than you would usually. I am a large top guy, it fits best at medium. It offers fair support and compresaion. It will make you SUPER sweaty. I am happy wilmthvall the functions, but generating sweat is what it does best.

It is easier to move than the old sauna suit because of no sleeveI mainly use it when working out.

Seems like a good product, a bit larger than expected.
I will update this review when I get the proper size. Based on trying on one that was too large, I can say it seems to be well made the zippers are good quality. It seemed to work as advertised, I am looking forward to getting a smaller size. It runs large, buy a little smaller than expected.

Arm holes are too small for a big guy!
I had to send this vest back! I'm 6'4" 290lbs. The holes on this vest were too small. I could not get vest over my shoulders. The vest did zip up without a problem. If u want to reduce ur stomachand u have small shoulders this sis the vest for u!

Great waist trainer.
Bought for my husband. Fit snug and zipper up easy. He had used it for a few workouts and he feels that he is getting a good sweat from it. Decent quality for the price.
