Great ADJUSTABLE watch!
This watch IS adjustable! The paracord is easily manipulated and you can unbraid and rebraid it, and cut the cord to fit your wrist. As you can see in My picture, after readjusting I tied the cord off and burnt the ends. I am a female with quite small wrists and got it to fit perfect! You don’t have to have the technique perfect, but if you want it to perfectly match the other side there’s easy tutorials on YouTube on how to tie paracord like this. The ONLY drawback to this watch is that it’s not waterproof, but other than that I love it!

Nice and Stylish for outdoorsman!
Great Product. Only 2 issues with my watch. First, I'm not that familiar with how the compass is supposed to work yet, seems a little off...but im sure i'll figure it out soon. Lastly, my wrists are large; Not Incredible Hulk huge, but Im not small. It just barely clasps around my wrist. I wish it were adjustable. However, other than the size of band, etc... It does it's job. I've also got a little dust, water, etc on it, and it has still held up farely well. Nice Watch! Very sleek "outdoorsy" look as well. Its a nice accessory to my fishing gear.

For the price not bad but....
The watch itself is a little cheap but for the price it’s ok. Two things I don’t like are 1) the compass won’t work while the watch is on your wrist, you have to that the watch off because the striker is metal and messes up the compass or wear the watch without the striker in the intended slot. 2) the Thermometer is in Celsius not Fahrenheit, which means I have to do the math every time I want to see the temperature. The paracord wrist straps are made well and fit comfortable. I have not opened the tube inside the straps to see all the extras inside. So for the price not bad.

It's pretty okay.
Not a fan of false dials or knobs, but that's my fault for not looking more closely before I ordered. The thermometer reads in Celcius, but that's fine. The striker for the fire kit is magnetized and renders the compass useless unless the buckle is unfastened and the two are separated. And I really Wish that I'd have noticed it's not waterproof. Again, my fault for not reading. Still, can't beat the price and it does tell time. Would probably be a good stocking stuffer for someone that has a lot of people to shop for.

but definetly a fun watch for the price
I bought this for my 5 year old son who likes to be outside. He was thrilled with all the kizmos and gadgets on it and that he can help his dad build a fire now. It'sa bit bulky on him because he is 5, but definetly a fun watch for the price.

Reasonable, useful, but would prefer a lighter watch
Used it on a recent hike and used the watch and compass. Functional. The basic watch is needlessly heavy, and I would have preferred something a lot lighter. A heavy watch on a loose bracelet makes it uncomfortable to wear on the wrist and so I carried it in a pocket. I tried the whistle at home and it works well. The clasp gets in the way when striking the ferrocerium rod; an edge from a mini multi-tool worked better than the scraper provided. The thermometer is inaccurate and showed 4 Celsius higher. The strap pins looked weak and about to break, and I replaced them as I happened to have spares. Overall I may either end up just carrying only the whistle/compass/flint portion on a keychain (after breaking the clasp) or I may re-do this with a different watch and a different braid that fits better. I would also have the braid use a single longer cord that passes under the watch rather than use two short cords. On hindsight, I should have bought the whistle/compass/flint clasp separately and built my own watch bracelet.

Piece of Survival Crap
At first glance of this watch with all the features it provides I thought "what the hell its only $10." I was wrong on so many levels. Nothing about this watch will be helpful in any outdoors activity let alone a survival situation. To start the compass is barley accurate able to get you lost if in a pinch. The temp gage is in degrees C not degrees F so unless that doesn't bother you its worthless for us in the States. The 550 cord I thought would be a redeeming factor however the bands are separate so the length of the 550 cored isn't very long making it able to tie two sticks together. Next is the fire striker. If that works it may not be a total piece of survival crap. After several attempts I got it to spark once and very little sparks emitted from the strike. Rubbing two sticks together is more effective and more reliable then this shitty attempt at fire starting. Which brings us to the main focus of the watch the time piece. Surely if it can provide accurate time its at the very least functional. I set the time and after 5 hrs it was slow about five minutes. At a closer look I found the nobs on either side of the time adjuster are fake and provide not function. I then found the Three mini dials on the watch face labeled hour, minute, and second are also fake and do not rotate at all. If you want a $10 survival watch that will actually be useful get the Casio illuminator. It provides accurate time, a back light to see in the dark, an alarm, stop watch, too time zones, both military and standard time display, and is water resistant up to 50 meters.
