Great product overall. Easy installation, no leaks and have had this now for 2 years. We don't switch between the functions very often but when we do it works without any problems.It has held up very well for over 2 years although it only gets used 2 or 3 times per week.The hose length of the hand held portion is adequate for our needs and has a good feel when holding it.

Got this for my guest room bathroom. I'd originally bought a Moen shower head in the same style but it leaked out of the water diverter. Returned and got this one for half the price. Just installed and seems to work fine. Easy-to-follow instructions, no leaks, and the multi-functions work on the main shower head and the handheld.Material feels like cheap plastic but it works fine and will do nicely in my guest bathroom.

I needed to replace a similar set (10+ years old) where the water was leaking from the diverter. While it took a wrench to loosen the old set from the shower arm, this was otherwise a no tool installation. It helps to stand on a step stool to comfortably reach the shower arm, which you don't want to tug on or damage. I used up all the plumbers tape that came with the kit, and would have preferred a little bit more than came with the set. The 7 inch shower head face is really big. This might not be a problem generally, but it's aesthetically big for my small shower. The hand held shower head is 4 inches. The built in bracket is also very high. That's fine if you are using the hand held shower head from above, but I'm very short (5'6""). This would work great if you have two very different height people using the same shower! I've solved this before with a suction cup bracket, bought separately, for the hand held shower head to be within my easy reach. There were no leaks upon testing the installation. I'll update this review if leaks develop with use or other features reveal themselves. For an older, unhandy person, upon closely watching an installation video, this was easy to install by myself.

Absolutely LOVE this shower! The main shower is too high for me to reach comfortably, so I need a handheld. We are renters right now so I bought a suction cup holder so it's not permanent on the shower wall. Each various setting is perfect!

At around $35 this is a good product for this price point. Functions well, flows well, easy enough to use. High quality plastic. Good option if you don't want to break the bank.

We got this at 40% off. At this price point it is a sufficient dual showerhead. But this review isn't based on a sale price but rather what it provides. What it can earn. And that's 3 stars.Cheap feeling plastic, but almost necessary because if it were heavier it would pull itself down because of the weight.Individually, each shower head is just adequate. Neither is as great as they could be. If you run both at the same time they provide a disappointing experience. I'm sure there's a hack out there to really boost the output. But out of the box with no modifiers, it's lackluster.Terrible amount of 'throw' on the main head. Doesn't tilt up enough. You will want to get extra connectors from any variety of hardware stores in order to allow either a higher stitting position or more flexibility. As it is, the main head will only tilt high enough to throw half way across. Compared to other heads, the full on massage setting that looks like solid heavy stream from the center of the head is not massage-y enough and not nearly as forceful as I know it could have been. Which is duplicated across all other settings. Not nearly as good as I've seen in other showerheads.On the positive side, the box came with all the parts. The item was new and appeared untouched. The installation was stupid proof. The holder for the handheld part is position-able, which was a nice addition.

Great shower head for the price. The hand held piece has multiple settings as well as the main shower head. You can use them individually or at the same time. There is good length to the hand held for washing little ones or pets.
