Maltby's Stores Peanut Granules Nibs Wild Birds Food, 20 kg

This is the fourth or fifth time I've re-ordered kibble from this seller, that is perhaps the best recommendation I can give. It is high quality, and whilst not quite the cheapest around (Wilko sell cheaper), by the time you take into account travelling costs this works out pretty much exactly the same price and all delivered straight to your door.Our birds love it. We have a vast range from all kinds of tit to woodpeckers, jays and squirrels all of whom delight in eating this, along with the many other birds we have coming.There is not much more I can say, it is kibble, it is of good quality and birds love it - it does exactly what it says on the tin for a good price. The only possible caveat I would give would be the box is fairly heavy, so if you have difficulty lifting, you may be better buying in smaller quantities.

Just received my first order of these kibble nuts and have to say very impressed with the quality and price.Arrived in a nice thick white sack containing 2 x 10kg amounts both inside their own thick white sacks. Very well packaged and no danger of piercing whilst in transit.Have been using Wilko for kibble nuts up until this point and don't think I will be ordering anything but this from now on.Works out to be £2 per kg where as Wilko are now £2.75 per kg so a good saving. Also have to say the size of these nuts is more varied than Wilko which I think is a positive as the smaller pieces are easier to eat for the smaller birds and fledgling chicksPut them out today and the birds were all over them with no complaints. (My birds are fussy).Would definitely recommend purchasing a large bucket with a good air tight lid to store this bulk amount in to keep it fresh and safe from rodents.Hope this helps :)

I purchased these to mince down into a meal for use in my fishing bait. They came in two nylon woven sacks which is an excellent idea as makes handling and storing easier.They mince down really well into a coarse meal full which releases the oil further.An excellent product and additive to my fishing bait.

Prompt service. Peanut granules are a safe size for adults feeding their chicks and they fit into the peanut feeder without to much falling out. Brilliant buy. P.S. the hedgehogs like a few as well.

Good size peanut granules and is good for all the year round. I mainly use this through the winter but have used it in the summer if we have a bumper crop of chicks. I put this on the ground and all birds eat it. Packaging was a lot to be desired as it was only in a nylon sack so it could have easily got ripped.

Wasn’t keen on smell of nuts but the birds don’t seem to mind, there have been dozens of great tits and blue tits feeding greedily, lots of less active birds awaiting dropped morsels.I wish you could provide squirrel proof nuts, we have had nest boxes, eggs and fledglings destroyed this year.Thank you.

Exactly as I expected. Cane in 2 sacks which makes for easier handling. Will buy again.
