YES i do i wear stretch lace panties under these and they feel great especially on hot california summer days of 110 degreesi use lingerie bags to wash these on a weekly basis in warm hope this helps

These do not ride up on me at all. I'm a size 12/14.

Q: what is the inseam length?

The inseam is 9-inches and can be snipped to 7-inches or 5-inches. Snip right under the stitch that attaches the lace.

Q: Do these have a covered waistband - so the elastic doesn't touch skin?

The waistband elastic is not covered and yes it does touch the skin. The elastic itself is very soft though.
