Great customer service
This blanket/coverlet is very nice & great that it's reversible. It's very lightweight, so great for summer months or hot-sleepers. The colors are pretty close to online, it was just a bit off for us in matching the colors (re-did our teen son's room). When I needed to request a return the company responded right away and helped resolve the issue. Very good customer service. Although the colors don't work for us, this is a good quality lightweight coverlet (full size was plenty big for a queen bed).

Great bedspread
I bought two bedspreads the day i bought this one. I thought the other bedspread would be my favorite. It was not. This one was half the price and way better than the $50 bedspread. I wanted a light bedspread for summer, this is perfect. I didn't realize it was reversible when i bought it... bonus!

Disappointing
Not as described. A printed quilt not a patchwork quilt. And the faux stitching is green which doesn’t match the colors of the item at all.
