JUST MY SIZEWomen's Active Plus-Size Woven Running Shorts, Moisture-Wicking Shorts, 4"

These are my favorite shorts and this is actually the second pair of these I've bought. They are perfect for the Florida heat and lifestyle as they are perfect for swimming. They are a swishy windbreaker material. I don't notice a lot of fade from chlorine, but they will fade in the wash over time. Not by a lot but a bit.My single complaint is that when I bought these last year I went with the 4X, which fit perfectly and looked exactly the way I wanted but when I sat down they were very tight on my stomach (I wear them high waisted). So this year I decided to get a 5X which are also great. They aren't tight in the stomach, or in anyway at all. The size differential between the 4X and 5X is pretty huge. I never felt the need to tie the drawstring in my 4X pair, but I definitely have to tie it on the 5X pair. But that's OK because like I said this is my favorite pair of shorts.The only reason that I needed to replace my last pair was because I ripped the seam on the right side. This is no way a design flaw. It was completely my fault for catching them on the metal plate that latches your door. Once I did it one time it was easy to keep doing it over and over ripping the seam more and more until there was just a huge hole that was impossible to hide. ButSo if you are plus size be careful of your hips but don't be scared to buy these shorts.

They USED to call me "quiet thighs" and then I donned these puppies. Now they shriek between my thick hams like banshees from the bog. My cats run in terror. Like unsuspecting citizens forced to evacuate a high rise as the shadow of a kaiju draws ever nearer. Maybe they're just fat phobic, but it makes me feel like I'm really throwing my weight when I stomp around and screech like a dinosaur in the privacy of my own home. These shorts are a win but don't wear them out of the house.

I have been wanting shorts like these for years. They always look so nice on my thin friends but good luck finding a Nike pair for someone bigger than a large. Enter these shorts. They are the most comfortable shorts I've worn. They look soooo nice and like the ones for small people. The only thing I don't like is there's no pockets. I read the reviews before I got a pair and was worried about them ripping. I've had them over 6 months and have had no problems. I wear them at least once a week. I just ordered 2 more pairs. Just be sure to order 1 size up from what they say or they'll be too small.

For me, the most important part is they don’t have that stupid liner on the inside that all shorts have now.

I have other things from this brand, and even ordered a size up just in case. But when even the 4X is too small and I’ve have been averaging a 2 to 3X max in this label, that tells me that the sizing is way, way off. I’m not even sure the 5X would’ve fit me, and like I said, I’m typically a max 2X in this brand. If you have a booty or a belly (I especially have a belly), I would order two sizes up at the very least. If that’s a wee bit loose, the high-quality drawstring should help you take in the waist a bit. The shorts themselves are of nice quality, and I actually kept mine in the hopes that I will be able to get down into them fairly soon. Great price, great quality, terrible sizing. But I am thankful that someone’s out there thinking of larger size running shorts. They’re really hard to find!

I’m normally a size 16/18, I bought one pair in a size 1X and another pair in a size 2X. The 1X is too small. The waist on the 2X fits but the material around my thighs is a little tighter than I would’ve liked. The material is like raincoat material. It doesn’t stretch at all so if your thighs are a lot bigger than your waist, you’ll need to go up a couple sizes to get a comfortable fit on the thighs. There are drawstrings so you should be able to tie the waist tighter. The length is a little short on me. I do have a rounder caboose and I’m 5’9 so it could just be short because of my body type. The most annoying part to me is the sound. Because of the material, the sound when I walk is so loud. I wore them to the gym and when I walked on the treadmill, the sound was so embarrassing I went to the locker room and changed into JEANS. They’re fine for a pair of lounging shorts around the house. I definitely will not be wearing them to the gym again. And because the material is not stretchy, I would be concerned about the crotch and rear splitting during squats and whatnot.

I couldn't wear it because it runs a size or 2 small in comparison to what I'm used to. I have friends that they fit, so I keep it as spare clothes for them if they come over

Update: wore them a total of four times, and after the fourth laundering the nasty shorts material has separated from the waistband. Cheap nasty shorts. Not worth it.Previous review: It fit great, there’s an actual drawstring rather than the fake sewn-on drawstring ties I’ve seen in some shorts (why???), but the material is nasty. It’s like a windbreaker, or a nylon tent. Makes noise with every motion, smells like chemicals and NOT comfy at all. Couldn’t wear them for longer than a couple hours, just nasty. Will keep them for emergency laundry day shorts or for beach cover up (the material seems like it would air dry very quickly), but otherwise not wearing them.

Okay so they totally aren't plastic like as some have said but they do resemble wind breaker material. They are extremely comfy around my legs however the band does not have alot of stretch so if you want a more baggy feeling go up a size. I like how the ties are on the inside! I also didn't recall seeming the mesh on the side but I love it!! They are a bit see through but not bad and the mesh does go all the way to the waist band. I am definitely getting a second pair.

The texture and feel of this piece of questionable clothing is down right aweful. If you LOVE swamp crotch, these shorts are for you! One run or small jog later and you have all the sweat around your backside and frontside with all the unpleasantness. Nothing breathes, no liner and all the bunching with gathering when you have no thigh gap. Worst shorts I've every wasted money on and I can't even give them away.

I am a 22/24 and sized up as suggested in the other reviews. I ordered a 5X and there is no stretch to the short material. The waistband is comfy though. The material feels like a shower curtain and they are not particularly flattering. Having the purple is fun and they are very cooling for working out or a hot summer day. The legs are long enough that you can avoid the dreaded rubbing of the thighs. Overall they are alright but I don’t think I would buy another pair

These are more like swim shorts than workout shorts. They look like they would be soft and stretchy material but they are not. It's stiff thin scratchy fabric, they're garbage don't waste your money. These are going right in the trash
