Can't Charge It Any More
My daughter bought this with her birthday money back in May and used it ALL THE TIME. Now when she plugs it in to charge it, it will not charge. Not cool that her favorite birthday gift only lasted her not even 5 months. Has anyone else had this issue? I'd contact the seller but I'm not seeing that as an option on here. I don't know if the issue is with the cord or if it is with the machine itself.

Absolutely Love Love this System
I was dying to have a Karaoke System, so my husband surprised me with this speaker and I am sooo in love. He wanted to find something affordable with a microphone that also had a quality sound. THIS IS IT!!!!! I love how portable and convenient the speaker is, the lights are great add on to get the party started and don't get me started on the Mic : ) I recommend this product 100%

Sounds decent.
Mode keeps on switching to the next in cycle.. maybe I got the bad one from the batch. Sounds decent with wireless mic.

Where’s my replacement or refund?
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The sound quality was great because of the different effects. The remote made it easy to access a d the battery life was great. My only issue is after not using when I first got speaker in April, only having it for 7 months, and using it probably 8-10 and it’s making a crackling sound is not ok. Then it disconnects if you move it. If it had not done that I would recommend it to anyone and they wouldn’t replace or refund.

Love this product! It’s perfect to have on the deck for a small group gathering especially while social distancing. The sound quality it pretty good considering that it’s on the small side. It’s light weight, you can actually carry it rather than rolling it, if you choose.
