This is a well made shower system especially considering the price vs one of the name brands that was 4 times this amount after you buy all the parts needed. It's not shown in the installation instructions but make sure sure the drop ear elbows will FINISH no more than 3/8" behind the tile surface. It's best to use a close nipple and a coupling in the drop ear elbow to gain some adjustment.

Professional installation. The shower head is so great. We had issues with water pressure and this fixed it. Very good quality. Very happy with purchase

Looks great, moderate difficulty install, angles must be VERY precise in mounting. Sad that handheld unit leaks from area we're unable to tighten. Hopefully we can get response from the seller to make this right.1/11/20 update: seller responded and sent replacement handheld shower handle no charge. Installed it and no leaks! Good customer service response! Initially when installed the shower head was "limp" or didn't stay pointing outward instead of downward where we wanted it. Recently installed the flow reducer and have more stability with positioning with little compromise in pressure. The flow reducer does not work in the handheld unit, but it has smaller head so it is okay. We like the look of the fixture, may consider it again for the price point.

Put this fancy thing in myself. Really like the hardware. Not exactly easy to install but has great instructions that if you follow works out nicely.

missing part, the valve is leaking

The media could not be loaded. The concept and function behind this is good, but unfortunately I believe that I just simply received a lemon. It happens. Just unfortunate that it happened to me.1st: there were parts missing: the smooth cover that is to be placed on the handle to hide the screw used to affix the handle was missing. Aesthetically, this is not good because the screw is now always present and just doesn't give a clean look. and because the screw will now be exposed to water, it will likely rust over time unless I am unable to find some other cover for it or a completely new handle. (pic supplied)2nd.. and the most damaging thing... the showerhead itself was no good and could not be used. Because i didn't find this out until AFTER everything but the shower head and neck were installed and behind the wall and tile, i could not simply repackage things and send it back for a refund or replacement. I ended uo having to by a separate showerhead and neck. The issue with the head was that there were apparently washers or some other mechanism missing from the ball joint of the head. this caused water to leak wildly from the head\neck connection once assembled. There was simply no part, washer, apparatus provided in the packaging that could solve this issue. My plumber made several attempts to fix it with purchased washers, piping tape, and other means but nothing worked. As stated, because all plumbing, sprayer, etc. where already configured and behind the wall and tile, my only resolution was to simply by another\different showerhead. this was done and installed with no issue.As stated, I believe that I simply received inventory that was not packaged correctly with all parts and included a shower head and neck that just could not be used.

Hello: We need help.. We /I just installed our new shower and it has been used only three times. We have a problem with one of the "Essential Accessories." Part #9 needs replaced as the toggle which switches the handheld (#5) on is stripped out and will not stay secured (screwed in). I tried & tried to get it to stay on but I clearly see where it id stripped out and will not stay applied to the controller. THANK YOU!

When updating our shower we chose this shower head system because of style and features. We have been using it for 3 months without any problems and we love it.
