Very Handy
These are great for baking, no more tracing around the pan and cutting out the circles of parchment. The cake layers slip out of the pan easily.

Nice parchment
I like the parchment. My box was not as pictured. Not easy to get parchment out. I store upright in cupboard so I can reach in and pull out one sheet. This box was not like in picture. Plain, unmarked box. Mailing label on box. No easy access to parchment without completely opening from center back. On top and bottom unable to get opened without opening back seam down the center. At least my box was not as pictured, not sure it is the Smartake brand ordered. Won't be ordering again. Haven't tested parchment yet. Expect it to be fine. Will make do with box by taping and making useable. Just my packaging. Shipped fast. Can't complain too much happy to have the parchment.

Parchment cake pan liners
Easy to use and worked really well. My cake didn't stick to the Pan this time.

Overall I am pleased as quality is nice and will work for intended purpose. This item was part of a gift and was only disappointed in the packaging as it was not as shown on the product image.

Skip the cornmeal when making pizza
These SMARTAKE 200 Pcs Unbleached Parchment Paper Baking Sheets (12" round) are great. I like to bake sourdough bread and pizza on a stone in our oven, and I have to clean the bottom of the oven a few times a year to remove all the cornmeal that gathers on the bottom. Now I can ditch the cornmeal and place my bread and pizza dough on these rounds instead. They are easy to use and very nonstick. I'm quite happy with this purchase.

Why did I not buy these before
So, I make a lot of bread (the kind you can eat:). Often, but not always I bake in a Dutch oven. For years I have been taking a piece of parchment paper and folding it up like an ice cream cone (as I learned in grade school) to make a circle. It works, but one day I found this listing. It saves a ton of time, the parchment paper is fine and it is cheap. Well worth the money.
