This is my first experience with Tai Chi. I find the video is perfect for me, easy to follow, positive dialouge, great instruction and I feel great. I actually look forward to my daily sessions! Very pleased.

Good for beginners. Approximated 30mins of activity with about 5 mins at the beginning of and end of the video of encouragement and promotion. Keep in mind that it’s intend for ages 60+.

This teacher is exactly what I need! Wonderful--great attitude, fun, explains what he is doing, loose and open. It's a super video. As a rank beginner, 73 and out of shape, I didn't make it all the way through the first time, but I hope to make progress each time. Highly recommend!

This product was clearly not shipped well because it arrived loose in a box like most Amazon deliveries and there was a rattling sound inside. The plastic tab of the center hub was broken off and the DVD was loose. The good news is the DVD still played and since it was a gift to my father, I asked him to make sure it was playable and he was able to play it with no problem. He said it was exactly what he needed. But this review is more about shipping problems than content.

I combine this video with Classical Stretch/Aging Backwards-both have some similar movements that are beneficial and easy to follow. I have been doing the Eccentrics for two years and I have learned that it is important not to quit out of boredom, disappointments, or distractions because one will improve over time and in a matter of time--you will see some positive results. For me, the two programs make for nearly an hour long routine. Good for strength, balance and clearer thinking because you must use your brain to follow the instructions. I recommend it and it is not expensive as some other programs are.These exercises should be performed at least four times a week. I also like that the program is secular--- as it does not include religious elements, repetitions or prayers. The quality of the video is good. Keep in mind that these things are never perfect but useful and rewarding if you don't quit. I would give the program a 4 and one half star rating.
