There isn't much to say about this really . . . it's a pen refill! Yes, it does what it is intended to do.

Seems that this is what it claims to be.

I've been using the same Waterman pen for nearly 15 years. For the past 10 years, I've always purchased my refills on amazon and never had a problem with them -- UNTIL NOW. I don't know much about this supplier but the refills are horrible. I've tried both of them that came in the package and they're both bad. The ink blobs up at the bottom of the pen and blobs the entire time using it. What a huge disappointment. They must be fake because I've never had a problem with Waterman until this.

Far better than the "knockoff" I originally bought. Stick with Waterman.
