My experience with this B complex vitamin is a great example of how well it works. I’d been dealing with muscle spasms for a couple of weeks, so the Dr told me I might be low on B vitamins. After some research and considering price and quality, I decided to try this one. Within two weeks of daily use, the muscle spasms completely disappeared, showing me how effective it truly is. Another bonus—the tablets are really tiny and super easy to swallow, which is a huge plus for me. I’m really happy with these and would recommend them!

The small low dosage tabs even comes with a middle line, and easily cut in half if you want even a still lower dose; but too much biotin 165mcg (550% daily value). It's very hard to find low dose Vitamin B Complex on Amazon. It also has a long expiration date of 1/2026. I was hesitant in purchasing this product because of the reviews about inadequate safety seal. The safety seal is flimsy and I hope that the company will correct this issue; because I really like this vit B complex, except for the very high biotin content.

Good quality Vitamin B complex. Most B complex have a dosage that is overkill. Was looking for a lower dosage that does not cause me to be anxious. Will buy again.

I have been looking for awhile for a low dose vitamin b complex and this seems to fit the bill. It has just enough b12 from the right source. It is a complete formula with the right dosage of all the b's. I take after eating and haven't had any stomach problems.Good quality product at a great price.

I take vitamins, not in the EXTREME dosages some companies sell (and taking too big a dose of some vitamins can be harmful).This Vispura formulation made in Germany (the EU is RIGIDLY watchful about consumables being pure and healthy with no frankenchemicals or unhealthy additives) covers the small amounts needed by the body, and if much more is taken, we WASTE it by peeing most of it out! Too expensive just to flush them at the end of the day.So I try NOT to do that. My goal is to take JUST ENOUGH for my health.

I have a hard time finding a brand that just includeds what I'm looking for and nothing to much crazy added to it if anything extra. My energy levels have since increased as well.
