Q: Is the memory foam insert removable. I need to use custom orthotics.

I order these shoes often, and usually the insert is removeable, but sometimes I get a shoe where they used way too much glue. One time, it tore a chunk out of the sole below the insert due to too much glue. I hope Sketchers reads these comments so they can have a little better QA/QC on this one aspect of the shoes. Better yet, stop using any glue at all. I am really sure those foam inserts are not like going to fall out of the shoe.

Q: Are they slip resistance

They be somewhat slip resistant however they are sold as such, I would choose a shoe that has slip resistant in the description.

Q: Is 3E the designation for a wide width shoe in the sizes?

3E is for extra-wide. Wide width is narrower then 3E. My regular shoe size is 9.5 EEE and 10 4E for sneakers. Anything less then that is too tight on me. If you are 3E I would stick with extra-wide only.

Q: Is this sneaker Style #51241 BBK

Yes. That is what my sneaker label says it is.
