Less waste, less hassle, great odor removal!
UPDATE: added to the previous 5-star review:I have also found that the more I use this stuff in my laundry, the longer I can go between cleanings of my H.E. washer! I would add a star for that alone, if I could!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``This stuff is essential when you live with animals, in my opinion. My cats are getting old (I have two of my own and one I inherited from my mom. The YOUNGEST is 8!) and sometimes we have accidents. A gallon of this makes a lot of spray bottles full. Instead of the site of the accident becoming a sniffing destination for the cats (as it is after cleaning with those expensive pet department products), and possibly a temptation to cover the scent with their own, making a vicious cycle -- this replaces the scent with a fresh, clean eucalyptus scent. The cats can't detect the odor any longer, and my house doesn't smell like old cats. When I dog-sit for my cousin (also my mother's dog, adopted by my cousin in addition to her own two), I use this in my rug shampooer and the cats don't boycott the living room rug, where the dog likes to sleep, afterwards. I use it in the laundry when I wash their bedding or anything else stinky - like sweaty tennis shoes, or even my clothes after a hot work day. I use it in my mop water, too, to give the whole house that wonderful crisp scent. I even use it sometimes when I clean the upholstery on my furniture. I hate just spraying fabric freshener on the furniture. This actually cleans it and then the shampooer pulls out the dirt instead of just spraying and leaving the chemical on. The concentrate is excellent because I can reuse my spray bottles and 2 or 3 of these gallon jugs lasts me all year. The seller I bought from left quite a bit to be desired, but this is an excellent price for the product. I'm not going to review the product poorly because of that.

I love you, OdoBan!!!!
Let me tell you a story- I bought a brand new mini fridge for my basement. It was a no name brand and the price was fantastic. Score! Well, it does have a name, I've just never heard of them. Got it set up in the basement for the kids and chilled their drinks. Double score! Then came the problem. The fridge had a smell...well... it was brand new, of course it had a smell. The plastic smell will fade... Right? Wrong! The smell is so bad, so strong that it penetrates the drink bottles and cans. Holy moly, what's happening??? The store has a 7 day return policy so I can't take it back. Ok, thanks a lot. I'll be sure to buy from them again. Time for some serious elbow grease. Overnight I let it soak up a combination of lemon juice and baking soda. Didn't work. Vinegar will do the trick. Ah, poo! Some good ole 409, perhaps. Nope. A tray filled with charcoal powder for 2 weeks. Ok, now I'm mad. I decide that I'm just gonna throw it away over the weekend. Then, one last ditch effort. I find a post on Amazon from a woman who has went through the same thing with the same fridge. She said this product was the key. Alright, for 8 bucks I'm going to give it a go. Followed the directions and hoped for the best but doubted it would work. 10 minutes later. You have got to be kidding me?! I'm both happy and angry at the same time. In 10 minutes this product fixed a problem that I had been working on for months...months! I am so in love with this stuff and it smells so nice and was packaged so well.

Cleans up Mouse Debris
I bought an old Dodge pickup that had sat in a field for a decade. In that time, it became infested with mice. The mess was horrible. The smell was atrocious and the mess potentially contained Hantavirus. After a lot of searching on the internet, I decided to try OdoBan. I bought 5 gallons of it.I removed the entire interior and discarded the carpet. I then cleaned up all the debris. I diluted the Odoban, 5 ounces per gallon, and wetted each interior panel, trim and metal surface with the solution and let it sit for 10 minutes, keeping it wet in that time. The container suggests that this will kill bacteria but the contact time needs to be 10 minutes. I then rinsed each part and did the treatment again. Once I'd been over the entire interior, I put the truck back together. Amazingly, the smell was gone and the interior smelled fresh. The Eucalyptus scent is pretty nice and reminds me of baby oil. My wife says it's more floral than that. The smell remained in the truck for several weeks. It's now dissipated and the truck smells just like it should.Nobody mentions mouse cleanup much, especially within automotive interiors. If you are undertaking such an effort, I highly recommend this product. One word of caution: The package says that OdoBan will cause irreversible eye damage. So when you use it, wear eye protection. Good eye protection. Like chemical goggles.

Doesn't just mask odors, it eliminates them.
I bought this to try and keep on hand as I have one large dog and 3 cats. I am pretty fenatical about keeping a clean house so pet odors are a constant battle to stay on top of. I bought the gallon concentrate and mixed it in a spray bottle at a 1:3 ratio as recommended for pet odors, urine and biological stains. So far I've used it on the dog bed and furnishings. I've also had to use it on a couple of spots on the carpet where my cat threw up. I really love the scent as it is light and clean smelling, although it really doesn't smell like eukalyptus in my opinion (more like baby powder). I really like how it doesn't just mask bad odors, it completely eliminates them. I have yet to try it on pet urine but my hope is it will do a better job than Nature's Miracle which is more expensive and the scent is way too strong.
