My new favorite cereal, snack, meal and supplement. A great way to add fiber to your diet. It's not too sweet, and super crunchy. The box was kind of small, because I could eat this for dayssss. It is so good. I hate oats, it taste really bland to me but THIS IS AMAZING. I could not even taste it.Remember to tie your cereal bag up after opening, to keep it from getting stale.
