Really great, love the big strips. Hard to find at our local Asian stores and was able to find this and the bag is pretty full too! Great flavor!

I know this is sold for human consumption but it's so much more economical to but this for the cats than to pay exhibitionist prices for a much smaller container at a pet store. And they love it as a topper to their food.

The bonito flakes a gentle texture and smoky flavor, the unique umame aroma when you open it immediately wafts upon your nose and is pleasant, great value for cost.

Love this product, order it all the time. (our dog and cat both love them too) Add to tofu and soup for a bit of extra flavor. Oddly this last batch arrived with a large slice in the bag (flakes seem to be intact).
