Great alternative to toxic nonoxyl-9!

I don't have any skin irritations but spermicide made me hurt and burn! Works so far and no irritation!

Love this stuff! Kind of smells like vanilla. Is safe & causes no negative reactions.

I'm not a big review writer but -- I have very few contraceptive options so it's pretty much just diaphragm and spermicide. I couldn't use nonoxynol-9 (and you really shouldn't, google it), caused terrible rashes and burning. Contragel has been a total game changer. I never have any irritation. No micro abrasions (like N9) and most importantly, no pregnancies. The only potential issue is the viscosity, it's pretty sticky, almost like honey. That's a pretty minor concern compared to the alternative and it's never really been a problem. Love this stuff. I'd be out of options without it.

Been using this since getting married over two years with a diaphragm (and other fertility awareness methods) and I am not pregnant! It doesn't itch and burn like pharmacy brand spermicide, and you can use just as much as you need instead of it being only in applicators. Just wish I could set up a recurring order so I don't forget to order it before I run out. This pack lasts me about 3 months.
