My cat absolutely destroyed my husband’s gaming chair, and I felt so bad about it. I ordered this slipcover hoping it would help, and wow; it totally transformed the chair! The fit is perfect, super snug and sleek. Stretched well and then fit nice and snug!My husband didn’t even notice it was a cover at first. After a long gaming session, he stood up and said, “Did you get me a new chair?!” That’s how good it looks! Great quality, easy to put on, and seriously a lifesaver (and marriage-saver). My cat doesn't even mess with it anymore so 10/10 highly recommend!

The cover will prevent absolute damage to your chair, but it is not a permanent solution. To include, my cats are fond of the material and will rub their fur and/or sleep on it. To include, it has been a few weeks since I've purchased this, yet my cats have been able to puncture many holes into the cover. Fortunately, the cover creates a small gap from the actual chair which discourages my cats to climb it when they make a failed climb attempt. Unfortunately, they now sprint at the chair to climb it efficiently. As of writing this review, I have realized an ultimate solution would have been using an adhesive plastic to cat proof the base and back, then use one of these covers to hide the plastic.

I have a fairly expensive Maxnomic gaming chair that is very comfortable and served me especially well during the COVID pandemic when I had to work from home. With all that use, the faux leather is starting to peel off, looking unsightly and getting bits on the floor. Rather than get a new chair altogether, I thought I would try the WOMACO gaming chair slipcover, especially given the reasonable price. Well, it has been a terrific choice. The chair looks great again and no more leatherette flakes on the floor. The fabric is very comfortable. I am not sure how long it will last, but so far it has held up perfectly.
