Slim, lightweight, and readily stashes in the drawer. It has several options for weighing, but I like ounces most of the time. You can set an empty plate on top and tare it, then add the food for the weight. It is super accurate, easy to use, and very readable.

This is great! I really enjoy being able to place a napkin on the scale prior to placing food without it calculating the weight of that napkin. It’s very simple to use with different measurements.

I used this scale daily for my sourdough baking. It is a bit on the cheap end but it does the job. I feel I have definitely gotten my money's worth out of it. It just feels a bit chinsy... but you get what you pay for. I would recommend it to people starting their sourdough baking journey like I did.
