I purchased this model for myself because I am a huge fan of Next Gen. I love the size and detail of the model and would highly recommend it to any Star Trek fan.

This was a birthday gift from my son to my husband. Everyone was pleased with the quality of this piece. Accurate to the Enterprise and a quality heavy piece.

Durable material, not cheaply made at all. The details are incredible and it’s a great collectors item.

The book that was supposed to come with it was not in the box, so that was disappointing, and I ordered this ship twice, thinking that the second time it would be there, but no such luck, don't get me wrong, the ship is beautiful but I wanted the specs and info that come with the magazine also, that let down leaves me to only give it 4 stars.

These shops from Eaglemoss are beautiful and amazing display pieces for any fan. Own almost a dozen and have no complaints. Excellent packaging and highly detailed models.

Note this is an Xl not the standard. This model is the same size as the galaxy X 1701-D is the exact same paint color and almost the exact same detail. Being that it does not have the extra parts like galaxy x there is no separation on the back of the ship. Just like the Galaxy X it has the plastic pieces for the warp engines. The deflector and impulse engines are painted on. Also the paint pattern is not as dark as it is on the standard collection issue number one 1707-D. Again just like the galaxy x the forward photon is lacking detail and registry is not above the launcher .The magazine it is complete filler. Most of the information on the ship was rehashed from the original issue 1 from the standard collection. They are more behind the scenes photo but most of them are from other issues from the standard collection. There is an article about casting the crew but would have like to see more info on the ship or making of. Also the magazine size is not the standard A4 it not a mini mag but is somewhere in between. All the XL ,I preciously got were the A4 or standard size. I do not recommend buying this at full price. I got this when it dropped plus a coupon making it almost 20 dollars lower than normal. How ever I do recommend getting this over the issue number 1 in the standard collection
