انا نحيلة وزني 41 و قياس حذائي 48الجهاز يعمل بشكل رائع لكن واجهة مشكلة وهي انه من الخلف عند الكعب و الساق يضغط بشده ومؤلم جدا رغم اني وضعته على اخف اختيار للضغط, مما اضطرني لإضافة قطع اسفنج لتخفيف الضغط ورغم هذا لم تساعدكما اني لاحظت اني احتاج تحريك قدمي للامام والخلف حتى اساير فرق الحجم, على ما يبدو ان قدمي لا تناسب حجم الجهازالشيء الرائع انه حقا يبدو كلمسة اليد البشرية, كما انه يضغط على النقاط التي احبهاعائلتي لديهم تجارب مع اجهزة المساج ولكن الجميع اقر ان هذا الجهاز مختلف ومميز و الجميع احبه جدا

Bought this as and xmas present for my wife. Worked for about an hour then the shiatsu function broke and it just now makes a really loud grinding noise. Not great quality to say the very least. Before it broke it was actually providing a good strength of massage but can't get something that breaks after an hour.

Amazing product, actually it's the best product available. I have been using this for a month now and it's so relaxing and energize your body. After tiring day perfect layover to rejuvenate your body and get free of stress. A must have and highly recommended.

This probably the best foot machine I have ever tried, and that's why I guarantee scrolling on every reviews before buying them. I bought this to gift my mother since she works overtime on the office so will help help release the pain. It arrived broken and I have to pay to send it back!!(update: to send this broken item back, it costs $80 via ups, $120 through canada post and $40 if sent through regular post which means it may take a month to get there! So don’t wait and do it immediately with time to spare, or else, do not buy in the first place)It was packaged well but it has a power connection issue and will not turn on unless one wiggles the cable for a good five minutes and every time the machine gets accidentally moved a tiny bit, it turns off again!Of course, I decided to send it back (I never send items back). For 150$ one expects a product that's been tested.Now I found out that I have to pay for the return!! I'm fuming.For the times it did work (a few minutes at a time between constantly loosing power), it barely massaged the feet, but instead squeezed the heel so hard it hurt! over and over again and instead of massaging the feet the aircompressor inflates and deflates balloons over and over again making that awful sound and doing nothing. What a joke. Total let down!I wish reviews would have been honest and said it doesn't actually massage your feet. It should be called an air compressor and heel squeezer.

Overall I have been very pleased with my purchase. A few comments that I do have is that I would have liked for it to heat up a bit more. It's is pleasantly warm but I would have preferred having the option for a higher heat. The unit runs for 15 minutes and then auto shuts off. This is great as it means I don't lose track of time, but the required 15 minute cool down before being able to use it again was a bit of a disappointment as I would have preferred 20-30 minutes as a session time. As to comfort, I have used all 3 modes and definitely prefer the 3rd intensity setting. The only slightly uncomfortable massage is the one that presses into the side of the rear of your foot just above the heel (pressing in on the Talus?), that is strong even on the lowest setting. But perhaps it is part of the Shiatsu massage method to press harder on that spot.

There is not too much to dislike of this product. At first when it compressed and grabbed my foot scared the life out of me. That was just my first try though and I didn't get too long with it as was busy. Then last night I took my time with it. It was so amazing I felt so sleepy and tired soon after. I was feeling so relaxed. I went to bed extra early last night. I own the snailax massage mat for my bad back as well. I turned it on but fell asleep before it ever did finish it's cycle. Highly recommend this or any of their products to anyone!

This machine works so well!! I absolutely love it... I have had massage machines before but I usually found them either not very comfortable or effective.... well... I could have that machine on all day long (but I don’t of course) but it feels so good! I hope it lasts a long time!

Try to put your knees together in a straight position for long time is difficult,if you have extra weight, are you like to sit with knees apart if you impossible not to feel pain where your ankles touch the device.I finally return the item.
