I don't really know. They aren't extremely heavy. I'd guess 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Our 10 yr. old grandson has no problems throwing them.

The hard resin set will not break easily. The set should be played on the beach, grass, bocce courts, and other soft surfaces. For hard surfaces we definitely recommend the soft rubber set. Don't think twice - BUY THIS

In just one day at the beach, the price has been justified. We got hours of fun.For smaller kids, the weight of the balls might be a bit much, but my niece who is 8 used this without any problems. For adults, the weight is of course a necessary feature as it's key to the playing dynamics.
