36 tooth count, not 72- still a great deal!
4 stars for inaccurate description. This is a 36 tooth count ratchet, not 72 as the product description lists.Bought it to have a flex head with a low swing arc in tight spaces. Still a great deal at less than $7! Unless amazon can replace it with an advertised 72 count model, I'll keep it- not worth the hassle of a return. Also- ratchet comes dry from factory, definitely needs some super lube or other synthetic lubricant.

Only 24 teeth
Only 24 teeth and the head is a little floppy. Doesnt feel like a great ratchet, it just feels cheap. If im wrong ill update it.

Disappointed....
Before I even used it the button for the head popped out. Figured whatever, since I could still use it. First time it worked well. The second time, the head twisted bending the tabs and snapped the screw... not impressed. I decided to use my cheapest ratchet, (Pittsburgh/harbor freight) which did the job without an issue. Will try to contact seller.Edit; the number and website that Amazon provides for performance tools goes to a place called flash furniture
