Brilliant work a treat and with the vitamins I feel great. In the beginning I just felt fuller for longer but 1 month down the line my cravings for sugar have curbed when I go to the shop I don't even think about the sweet and cake aisle

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been having these 2-3 around 2 hours before a meal and I am satisfied by much smaller portions and I’m not snacking inbetween meals.I was curious of some of the videos posted so I did myown, this is 4 tablets emptied in around 100ml water, and given a good stir for 2 mins (mimicking the digestive system although it was cold water, would probably be more effect at 38 degrees)It turns the water into a thick gooey liquid, which would happen in the stomach making you feel fuller.It’s not Ozempic, you can still eat and if you lack self control it might not be the right solution for you, but if you’re generally a healthy eater or able to follow a calorie controlled diet then these will certainly help you feel full/ satiated from smaller portions.

AVOID this product. I took this for a week as it said on the bottle and had headaches minutes after taking it every time. I kept very well hydrated so it wasn't that. I tried to find out if it was regulated but it doesn't seem to be. I went to a health food shop and got their own branded stuff, it does not give me any headaches. Also it was more expensive which suggests that weightworlds product has other stuff added to bulk it up. This is not a trustworthy company!

I never had issues with this product before, however, this time (order placed on 8th Aug 2023) it had a very unpleasant smell and taste.

I don't know about you, but I hate feeling my belly empty. It growls and quite frankly, it's annoying. These little morsels (made from Konjac, a natural fibrous vegetable that all those skinny noodles are made from) keep my rumbling belly quiet, gives me the wherewithal to stay on my weight-loss program-- and keep me regular to boot (too much information, I know).On subscription so I never miss a beat!Have been taking for a few months now coupled with WW (2024) and have lost fifteen pounds. Don't go by my results-- try them yourself! Just take it slow as you might find yourself more initially often in the crapper than you want.

These are fab! They do work, I take mine with meals 3x a day but also drink one or two glasses of water with them. They're not magic tho, you do need to ask yourself if u are eating cos u are hungry or just bored!
