I am a medium ( 5'7 / 135 pounds) and I got a large and am happy about it. I would say get a size larger than you need, the bottoms do not stretch at all, but since I got the large they fit well I like them. Nice material and color for the price I will be wearing the swim suit and will possibly buy more :)
