These are amazing! I bought two pack so I can rotate. They were a life saver after giving birth stayed cold for a good amount of time and helped so much with pain. They are small enough to be comfortable and fit perfectly in underwear. Easy to clean. Worth the price

Please buy this and skip the disposable ice packs. Stays cold longer, thinner design, more comfortable. Wish I knew about them sooner.

Definitely helped me feel clean and protected during postpartum, changed every time I needed a new ice pack (every 2-3 hours). Just purchased for second pregnancy. A must have!

These are a typical gel hot/cold pack. I actually bought them to use in my Frida C Section support band so I could rotate the ones it comes with out when they got warm, but they are very narrow. They also didn’t get cold enough even after being in the freezer overnight.
