I use this as part of a routine to lower my blood sugar, so it's on auto ship. All 3+ that I've received until today have been in perfect condition. I am not sure if it was packaging or shipping, but this bottle arrived with what appears to be at least 1 capsule broken open. =(

Yo antes solo compraba la berberina sola, Pero saber que tiene canela es un + espectacular. Lo recomiendo para bajar de peso saludablemente, y normalizar tus niveles de azúcar en sangré.

3 stars only because one of the capsules must have come open and leaked powder EVERYWHERE inside the bottle. Wouldn't think it would be a big deal...... until you take the capsules and it tastes like crap!!

I have been using this supplement "Berberine" for about 6 months now and my A1C has been lowered with a change in diet and exercise and without taking the prescribed medication which has a lot of side effects.
