Q: Can you loose weight with this product?

Here's my answer that will differ from all: losing weight is never going to happen with ONE product. Only through behavioral changes, balancing protein,CARBS, fats, no sodas, paying attention to everything you eat, consistent exercise, ...I bought this more for the fresh scent and possibility of diminishing cellulite yet who really knows if it works. It gives me hope more than anything and is quite refreshing. Good luck!

Q: is this a massage oil?

No it's not a massage oil. This is far more intense than Icy hot

Q: how do you apply this hot cream? hands glove? also do you apply circular motion?

I use just my hands to apply the Hot Cream, no gloves and wash hands after applying. As for how to apply... a circular motion is good but any way is fine. I personally like a mini massage with application of the oil so a little pressure is nice too.
