Amazon should provide more in depth information on products. Had I known more, I would not have purchased this product. The folding technique results in a star that requires top stitching as the folds that create the 3-D effect are not sewn down. Quilting this block either by hand or by machine would be problematic as the presser foot would get caught under the folds. If hand-quilting, there are too many thicknesses of fabric, making for difficult stitching.

The instructions were easy and clear to follow and the results were precise.

As in all of the items, patterns & tools, I have received from Phillips Fiber Art I am really impressed with the throughness of the instructions. This vender is worth her weight in gold.

Can't wait to try it out!
