Faulty Product – No Service, No Support. Taking Legal Action!
The media could not be loaded. Buyers beware! This cooler stopped working in less than a month, and the service team has been absolutely useless. Despite repeated calls and WhatsApp follow-ups, no technician has visited, and the company has shown no responsibility or urgency.This kind of customer treatment is unacceptable. I am now in the process of filing a complaint in the Consumer Forum due to their complete lack of support and accountability.Amazon should not allow such brands to sell on its platform. Please don’t waste your hard-earned money on this product — it's not worth the stress.

Great for single person, compact and pretty powerful
Just got it delivered.It's pretty powerful for such a small size.It's small, compact and great for a single person.However my only problem is that it doesn't have a seperate button for turning the pump on and off.If the water level becomes zero at night the pump would get fried.Otherwise, this is just what I wanted for my small space. It gets the job done.

Best in their service availability
Actually I bought this nano air cooler last may 2024.... unfortunately some technical issues I faced....I thought it's very tough to reach havai service centre in my place....but just one message through WhatsApp explained everything immediately they respond with new motor along with service person in my place.... without a single amount they cleared my problem....now coming to the cooling effect it's perfect for a room and it's speed, swing also can adjust that won't affect the cooling effect... totally Havai air cooler best in their products and services....

Absolute waste of money!!
The media could not be loaded. Purchased this cooler, worked fine for 15 days only, after 15 days the motor is not working. Price of the cooler is too high for the size of it. Doesn't cool properly even to the slightest. Do not buy this product, awful experience (mat kahreedo, acha nahi hai)

The media could not be loaded. price is higher and discount lavied is fake. If product price 2000 to 2500 then it is reasonable price. Size is very small and product quality good. This is only for one person
