I haven't has any problems with it. I love it for what do on it right now. The full charge battery will last me almost 2 days worth. Mine isn't touch screen. I wish it was...lol thanks!

Item served its purpose. Would not recommend this if you are a game player. Very slow loading.

Wow! What a big piece of junk this NEW dell laptop is. It wont download anything it just says virus scan failed. So I contacted dell (big waste of time) they said go to support assist on the laptop and update the hard drive that wouldn't even come up it just said having technical difficulties try again later, did that and still waiting later never came. So I'm sending this piece of junk back and Dell can kiss my ass! Don't buy Dell because they sux.
