The product is good, solid brass sharpener. The quality is superb and can work for many years.The seller stated in the description that there will be four sharpeners instead when the package arrived there was only one. I found that this description will be misleading the buyers, hence caveat emptor. The description clearly says 4 where as only 1 item was received.

I recieved ONLY ONE sharpener. Plus this isn't even the one that I need. I wanted the round M&R sharpener. This makes me so angry. I'm returning this.

This is wonderful German craftsmanship, this is a beautifully weighed sharpener, feels substantial in the hand and does well with wider barrel pencils. Would definitely purchase again.

All four M+R sharpeners are excellent in every respect! I use two of these daily. The 604 bullet is easy to carry in the watch pocket of your jeans. I have used mine lightly for 15 months, have not changed the blade, and it still produces a sharp point. No corrosion or signs of wear (despite several wash cycles when left in my pocket). The 603 wedge is a great desktop sharpener for writers or artists who use both standard and jumbo sized pencils. Mine gets moderate use and still produces sharp points on my jumbos: Tri-Rex B21, Koala, and General's Cartooning 6990 (photo attached). It produces very sharp points on my frequently used standard-size Calpino No.2, Blackwing 344, Moon Products Futura 2, Blackwing 16.2, and General's Semi-Hex 498-2 (photo attached). For many standard pencils, this sharpener will produce a point comparable to those made by two-stage hand sharpeners designed specifically to produce a "long point."

This is a great pencil sharpener. It does not break the point off at the tip, but hones the pencil to a fine point.

I have a Fatboy Capenter Pencil that uses 5.5mm lead. This sharpener is perfect for it. Small and easy to keep handy and sharpens the lead perfectly. If you have a large lead mechanical pencil I would highly recommend!
