It's as powerful as it is beautiful.My R1 Razer arrived by UPS in perfect condition, the packing was tight, and the unboxing was extremely satisfying for my fifteen year old son and I. We play Counter Strike together and out of the box I was getting 300 fps with every video setting jacked to the max.It is a quiet system, there is a faint "whirring" even when I'm gaming, unlike my previous sys which sounded like a jet at the end of a session.I bought matching accessories: Razer mouse, headset, and keyboard. The system looks badass. Black and neon green.The system, as advertised, came with only a 256 m.2 SSD drive. I will have to add more SSDs for my photography. Other than that, this sys is just what I wanted.

Wayyyyy over priced. There's pieces that you don't need. You can build a pc for much much much cheaper. If you want to pay this much go ahead but I strongly recommend against it

The specs say it all. I did not buy this PC as a gaming PC (although I do weekend gaming sometimes). I bought it as a FAST development PC. The Titan X has all the GPU power for Cuda development I require. Compiles are lightning fast, especially using the secondary SSD I bought (256GB enough to boot the OS on, extra 512GB for development and a 3TB WD drive for Program Files, data, etc.). Received well packaged, configured perfectly out of the box, been using it for a couple years now. Highly recommend Maingear.

The MAINGEAR R1 is incredibly well built and beautifully put together with no bloatware. I am an avid gamer, and the games I play have very heavy hardware requirements. I couldn't be happier with my new PC, it does everything I ask of it and more. It's well-built, looks good, and it's the quietest machine I have ever owned. This is the PC I will be using for the next 10 years.
