I endeavor to eat clean.And I also like food that tastes amazing.This product does give an excellent flavor boost to foods and it is called for in a lot of Korean recipes - and Korean is one of my favorite Asian foods to make at home because the food highlights the delicious flavor of simple meats and vegetables.However, the ingredient list shocked me when I read it. I'm not saying it is a bad product and is going to do bad things to people, but it's a very long list containing many things that I usually avoid.So I do use it, but very sparingly.If you don't have health concerns I think you will be very satisfied with this product and like I said - I'm very satisfied with the flavor.The price is good -I can get this at my Korean market for slightly less, but it involves a long round trip and a lot of time and gas money so I like that I can get it here on Amazon. It is worth it!

Quintessential flavor for Kim Chi. Disappointing that the package leaked in the shipping box with other products from Amazon. Product was as expected. Packing was inadequate.

I actually really like this Dasida ogogi Soup Stock. I first tried it with some Korean recipes (Braised Beef Ribs for example), and love it. It's also a great addition to Seaweed Soup, or just about any soup or sauce recipes where you want a little extra touch to make it even more savory. Thank you!!

I mostly use this to add umami flavor to my dishes and soups. I add about a teaspoon to stir-fries and about two to three tablespoons to soups and stews.
